I'm pretty sure that Jill Shawntai is not Carol Harrison. The more I think about it the less sense it makes. Carol would have been a senior in high school at the time. I was home the following summer, saw a ton of people who knew us both, and nobody said anything. That and the pictures don't look like her.

Granted this was on an iPhone and mostly profile shots and no close up faces where I could see a "maybe, but not sure," after the NSFW pictures, there's not much doubt it's not her. This chick is 99.9% not Carol Harrison.

I've also been trying to get more info from Scott, but he says he never saw the pictures and that it was after she graduated from high school, thus eliminating Shawntai as the pseudonym. I've asked another friend "Kurt" who used to live by her and was kinda friends with her but not really close. He says he never heard anything about this and that Carol lived at home until about age 20 then got married/preggers and then moved away. Hasn't heard from her since then. I'm still leaning on the whole thing is bullshit.

You guys would not believe how many times i'm just sitting here and type in "Facebook.com" only to realize i'm logged out and X-out again.

One time I logged back in on accident it's so ingrained in me. I deactivated.

Then later I activated again to send a few select people my phone number. I deactivated.


I think there's a legitimate case for Facebook being an addictive drug here.

I once blocked nubblies and a couple other sites when I was trying to stop procrastinating on the internet and mindlessly did the same thing.

Sometimes I'll be one of the three websites I visit and be done reading it and type in the same address again.

Facebook is infinitely useful as a tool to communicate with people in a casual manner ... I see no reason to delete it until EVERYONE is not using Facebook, then I will sign up for whatever the replacement is and use that in the same manner.
