I started flossing fairly recently after never doing it in my life. As a side note, very glad I started. Breath feels so much cleaner all the time. Floss just once, then smell the floss. It's disgusting the first few times you do it. All of that crap is just otherwise caked between your teeth causing awful breath.

Anyway... I'm curious, of those of you who floss, which of you do it before and which of you do it after brushing?

Wow, can't believe you've never done it before.

Only do it about 2-3 times a week, not every night like dentist says.

Brush, Floss, mouthwash rinse.

bleeds almost every time still.

are incredibly handy. I haven't used regular floss in a long long time.

I floss sporadically, but rarely whilst brushing. I have a roll of floss on my desk and use it when the mood strikes me, like right now!

I floss, brush, then mouthwash (Listerine which is the best).

Don't know if you do it yet but I have a strong suggestion while flossing. Take the floss and loop it around the backside of the your furthest back teeth on top and bottom. Take it from the gums upward (or downward if you're on top) and you'll have more caked on crap than you can imagine. Your toothbrush simply can't get the crap that is back there. Flossing is a very important part of oral hygiene I would suggest all of you do it at least 2-3 times a week or more.

act total care is pretty good. not as pussy as regular act (THE BURNING MEANS ITS WORKING) and helps restore shit, plus has fluoride.

That was just a bit confusing. Basically all you meant was, "floss behind your rear teeth as well," right? If so, thanks for the tip. I had been stopping at flossing between the last two teeth.
