If other people want to protest I should shut the fuck up about it. Truly in spirit with the very idea of protest.
I think maybe if you look rationally at what I said, it is absolutely none of the things you say it is; it's about a pretty specific issue, that making money doesn't make you a bad person, that it might even contribute to the world, even if by accident. What helps people, indeed what was the basis of civilization, was the move beyond subsistence to surplus product, it allowed for things like learning, culture, and so on. The very basis of life as we now it, is going beyond what is needed to get by, to be "greedy." You might think there are better ways to fix the world, but for fucks sake, is there really a case for absolutely condemning 3 million people as soulless caricatures? |

Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behavior and information processing.

Mistofellees uses his Nubblies popularity to make up for any real-life social prowess whatsoever.

I had very little problem with the protest until I read about the behavior of the protestors. Clearly you did not read the article that I posted tonight. These fucking losers threw blood and piss on two STREET VENDORS' carts. They were pissed because, after several weeks of giving them free beverages and food, the vendors could no longer feasibly continue doing so. As a result, these assholes steal, vandalize, and threaten the STREET VENDORS, like they're part of the "1%".
Obviously not everyone who is a part of the occupy thing is such a piece of shit, but most of what I've read has shown me that 99% of these people are lowlife scum. |

Perhaps you missed the part where the police were shooting nonlethal weapons at unarmed peaceful civilians in several places in the US.
But yeah, sanitary issues should take precedence. |

I don't. This is the first and only time I've been unemployed for longer than a couple weeks. Want to give me a job?

Blonde, sorry for not supporting you earlier when you were pissed that you were alone against the libertarians. I was sleeping, not apathetic.
Blind belief in efficient markets is completely retarded at this point in time, in my opinion. |

![]() The basis of our governments being the opinion of the people, the very first object should be to keep that right; and were it left to me to decide whether we should have a government without newspapers, or newspapers without a government, I should not hesitate a moment to prefer the latter. But I should mean that every man should receive those papers and be capable of reading them. ![]() |
