If you haven't seen it, just turn on the news.

Not sure what's "in the water" in Colorado, but it's quite disturbing. What makers matters worse is the number of extremely young people that were in a MIDNIGHT showing of a movie. What kind of parents take a 6-year-old to a midnight showing of a movie that runs almost 3 hours?

To me, the issue of parents taking children to midnight screenings doesn't worsen the matter of a guy shooting up a theater with assault rifles.

This is affecting me a lot more than I would expect it to. I'm pretty fucking disgusted and depressed with humans right now.

As an aside that shouldn't really be an issue but I know it will be eventually -- how long before we have to go through metal detectors at movie theaters now?

Word has it that this is not his mugshot, but a different picture, possibly from a school ID photo? I'm not sure the source, but no mugshot has been released yet (apparently he died his hair red before the shooting, even though the Joker's hair is green, what a dumb fuck).
