The only thing is that Microsoft owns I think 30-40 or more percent of Apple so that will never happen. I don't see what people have against Microsoft? Bill Gates did something that you can't do and you knock him down for that??? You would do the same thing if you were him! He just did a good job marketing Microsoft and yes stealing alittle from Steve Jobs, but everybody in every business screws with people on the way to the top that is how you get there.

Well to tell you the truth its a good thing that Microsoft is buying Vivendi Games, for 3 reasons.

1. Vivendi has been having troubles for the past few months, the company was likely to split up and downsize resulting in lost programmers, and software titles. I would be literally ill if i saw 3-4 smaller companies just buy individual software lisences, and split up the company that way, keeping the company intact is for the better. If Microsoft didnt buy them it would be either Nintendo or Sony (and god knows you just how differnt your post would have been), but the likely hood of that would be rather slim.

2. If there is one company out there that can afford to buy the whole company to keep it intact, so that the software titles aren't drastically changed from their predescors it would be Microsoft.

3. Micrsoft is a very good game developer, and with their experience in the types of games that Vivendi studios produces, the games are only going to get better.
