I was considering switching to Cingular, but this solidifies my resolution. If only there was a way to send an email to Verizon (and have it read) to let them know that the ignorance of their staff was the straw the broke the camels back and made me switch.

Just because you never learned a specific instrument doesn't mean you don't have musical talents. Lots of people who compose music electronically on computers don't play the instruments that the computer is generating, and people who are good at making beats on drum machines aren't necessarily the best drummers.
