I fucked up my knee over the weekend by falling on some rocks this weekend. It wasn't. Even a big fall, but hit just right and it hurts like hell. I'm gonna have to take some time off lifting/mtb to let it heal

Whoever coined the phrase, "We're becoming a paperless society" is an asshole.
If anything, we're becoming a penless society, but we sure as shit aren't paperless. I, alone, go through at least one ream of paper every month. Probably more like 3-4 reams. |

I have a case sitting my my printer. A good month, I go through 2 reams, a bad month, I go through 4. A bad month means printing off directions for vacations I'll never get to!

When people come around me, especially if they come to work, while knowingly sick and contagious, it makes me hate them so fucking much.
If I don't get sick I can usually brush it off. If I get sick, I would seriously kill you if I could get away with it. |

The problem with being sick is that, while you are sick, it's the worst thing in the world. I share your sentiment about hating those to potentially blame during this time (though, 90% of the time, I can't pinpoint where it came from unless it is my wife).
I think folks take being healthy for granted while they have it, and then realize how shitty life can be when they're sick. |
