When my phone starts fucking up because of something I did, all I do is take it to the verizon store. Take it back to the technician, don't tell him that you're the reason it's fucked up, and boom, just like that you get a brand new phone of the exact same model. And as long as your phone turns on they can transfer all your contacts so you won't lose them.
